Birla Vinoleum was established in 1991 in technical collaboration with M/s Congoleum Corporation of USA at Birlapur near Calcutta, having production capacity of 48,60,000 sq mtrs. of Cushion Vinyl flooring and PVC Sheet. Birla Vinoleum introduced Rotogravure printing in 1996-97 and now has the distinction of having facilities for on-line Rotogravure and Screen printing and consistently meeting international quality standards.
